        We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders may range from 7 to 21 business days depending on your country and the shipping method selected.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

      • Destination: The shipping cost varies depending on your shipping address and the country you are located in.
      • Weight and Size: Heavier or larger items may incur higher shipping costs.
      • Shipping Method: Different shipping methods (Standard, Expedited, Priority) come with varying costs.

3. Order Processing

      • Order Handling Time:
        We process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving them, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

      • Order Confirmation:
        Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your items. This is not a shipping confirmation, as your order will first go through processing.

      • Tracking Information:
        Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.


4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We do accept orders shipped to P.O. boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. However, shipping options for these addresses may be limited and shipping times may be longer than usual. Please check the available shipping methods during checkout.


5. International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for any additional fees that may apply upon delivery, including:

6. Shipping Restrictions

        Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. LacedCiteino is not responsible for delays, lost items, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

      • Undeliverable Items:
        If an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim an international shipment, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment at your expense or issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).


7. Damaged or Lost Items

      • Damaged Items:
        If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We may request photos of the damaged items to process your claim. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and will send you a replacement or process a refund.

      • Lost Packages:
        In rare cases where a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your package has not arrived.
